Discovering Compassionate Systems is designed to provide an introduction to the framework for teachers and leaders who are new to the field. It will support you to develop foundational knowledge of the compassionate systems framework and how it can be applied as an approach to leadership, learning, and wellbeing. A feature of the workshop will be the opportunity to explore tools and strategies for use in the classroom and leadership practice.

You will explore concepts such as:

  • Systems thinking

  • Systems sensing

  • Engaging with complexity

  • Embracing diversity

  • Emotional literacy

  • Generative social fields
