About
Join us for transformative 3-day introductory workshop on the Compassionate Systems Framework, grounded in the pioneering research of the Center for Systems Awareness and the MIT Systems Awareness Lab. This immersive experience is designed for educators, leaders, and change-makers seeking to cultivate systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and compassionate leadership in their personal and professional lives. Through a blend of experiential learning, reflective dialogue, and practical tools, participants will explore how compassion and systems awareness can be integrated to foster well-being, resilience, deep learning and collective responses to complex challenges.
Over the course of the workshop, participants will engage with foundational concepts of the Compassionate Systems Framework, including mental models, systems mapping, and social-emotional learning. Facilitated by experienced practitioners, the sessions will emphasise both individual and collective practices that support compassionate systems change.
