About

Learning to Thrive offers an immersive, collaborative experience designed to explore Woodleigh's systemic approach to wellbeing, encompassing the inner, social, and outer worlds in which we live. This experiential workshop provides a space to pause, engage, and reconnect with the foundations of thriving in both personal and collective contexts.

  • The inner world focuses on cultivating self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth. Participants will be guided through reflective exercises to better understand their inner values, strengths, and aspirations.

  • The social world emphasises relationships and the creation of compassionate communities. Through interactive group activities and discussions, participants will explore the dynamics of connection, collaboration, and mutual understanding.

  • The outer world highlights our intrinsic connection to both the natural and built environments, recognising our place as part of nature. Through immersive experiences in nature and engagement with Woodleigh’s unique learning spaces, participants to reflect on their relationship with the world around them.

Throughout the day, the workshop integrates personal reflection, collaborative group work, and time immersed in nature to offer a holistic understanding of wellbeing. Framed by the Compassionate Systems Framework, the experience invites participants to align their inner clarity, social connections, and outer engagement.
